Forklift tire degumming or broken repair tips
Forklift tires have pneumatic tires and solid tires. The tire inflation pressure must be in accordance with the standard specified by the original factory, and must not be too high or too low. If it is too high, the elasticity of the tire will be reduced, and the line layer will be easily broken. Too low air pressure will cause the tire to deform violently, increase the temperature, cause degumming or breakage, and may also cause the outer tire to move on the rim and wear the bead. In severe cases, the inner tire valve is torn.
1. Hot repair: file the roughness around the damaged inner tube, stick the fire repair glue on the damaged part, so that the small hole is just in the repair glue, install the tire repair clip against the normalizing repair glue, and tighten the screw to compress , and then ignite the heating agent on the fire glue, wait for 10min-15min, and then the bonding can be tight.
2. When small holes are found in the inner tube, hot or cold repair can be performed.
3. Outer tire: When the outer tire has cracks, holes, blistering, delamination and other damages, repair or overhaul it according to the specific situation. If there are continuous cracks around the tire carcass, the tread rubber has been polished and there are large holes, the carcass line layer has annular cracks and the whole circle is separated, it should be replaced.
4. Raw rubber patching (cold patching): file rough around the inner tube break, apply raw glue, and then apply secondary glue after the surface of the glue is slightly dry. When the glue is air-dried, attach the prepared raw rubber to the break. , pressurize and heat at 140 degree -145 degree , keep warm for 10min-20min to vulcanize the raw rubber, and after cooling, it can be tightly bonded.
